Using RU-SATED framework – regularity, satisfaction, alertness, timing, efficiency, duration we derived an composite score based on actigraphy-measured self-reported data. scores both version Behavior Checklist (CBCL) Pediatric Scale (PBS). CBCL’s internalizing, externalizing, thought attention problems were self-reported, while similar cluster PBS parent-reported. Results Higher associated with lower (r=-0.21, p< 0.001), externalizing (r=-0.18, (r=-0.16, 0.01) or internalizing (r=-0.12, 0.05) problems. rule-breaking (r=-0.27, 0.001) aggressive subscales. For subscales, higher anxious-depressed (r = -0.17, 0.01), withdrawn-depressed (r=-0.14, somatic complaints scores. Analyses parent reports more fine-grained replicated associations; for example, depression (r=-0.19, inattention as observed parents. Conclusion Optimal health, when considered multidimensional construct, well-being better outcomes adolescents. Our model, metrics, able trends self-report parent-report emotion behavior.
