0759 Multidimensional Sleep Health is Associated with Emotional Well-being in Adolescents

Abstract Introduction Multidimensional sleep health (MSH) is a population-based approach to capture the 24-hour experience of by incorporating measures nighttime and daytime functioning that promote physical mental well-being. We have updated existing adolescent MSH model incorporate objective subjective and, in present study, examined its utility identifying associations between behavioral emotional Methods studied 377 adolescents (16.4 ± 2.3 yr; 46.4% female; 21.5% racial/ethnic minority) from Penn State Child Cohort, randomly-selected sample.
